A system and a method for providing an area secession alarm service are provided to enable an area secession alarm server to provide an area secession alarm application to the second terminal corresponding to a terminal to be tracked, and enable the second terminal to monitor whether the second terminal secedes from a movement-allowable area, thereby informing the first terminal corresponding to a tracking terminal of area secession of the second terminal when the second terminal secedes from the movement-allowable area. A system for providing an alarm service for area secession comprises a movement-allowable area setting unit(310), an application providing unit(320), and an area secession alarming unit(330). The application providing unit(320) compares location information of the second terminal(200) with movement-allowable area information, and checks whether the second terminal(200) secedes from a movement-allowable area corresponding to the movement-allowable area information. If so, the application providing unit(320) provides an area secession alarm application for generating area secession alarm information.
