AND THE RECYCLING PERFORMANCE OF THE MAGNET IS IMPROVED WHILE MAINTAINING A HIGH RELIABILITY. IT HAS A ROTOR FRAME (6), AND A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) ISPOSED IN THE ROTOR FRAME (6). THE FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) CONTAINS A THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER, AND A RARE EARTH MAGNETIC POWDER DISPERSED IN THE THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER, AND THE FLEXIBLEMAGNET (27) IS COMPOSED OF A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT HAVING NO CUT SECTION.THE METHOD INCLUDES THE STEPS OF (A) MIXING A RARE EARTH MAGNETIC POWDER AND A THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER TO PREPARE A MIXTURE, (B) FORMING A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT FROM THE MIXTURE. AND (C) MOUNTING THE FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT ON A ROTOR FRAME (6) WHILE CURLING, AND INSTALLING A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27). THE FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT HAS A PREDETERMINED SHAPE WITH NO CUT SECTION. (FIGURE 1)
