THIS IS TO OBTAIN A MAGNET MOTOR HAVING A HIGH PERFORMANCE. IN WHICH A POTENT STATIC MAGNETIC FIELD IS GENERATED IN A MUTUALLY OPPOSING SPACE OF A MAGNET AND AN ARMATURE CORE, AND THE TENDENCY TOWARD HIGHER OUTPUT AND LOWER POWER CONSUMPTION IS PROMOTED, SCATTERING OR PEELING OF THE MAGNETIC POWDER IS PREVENTED. AND THE RECYCLING PERFORMANCE OF THE MAGNET IS IMPROVED WHILE MAINTAINING A HIGH RELIABILITY. IT HAS A ROTOR FRAME (6), AND A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) ISPOSED IN THE ROTOR FRAME (6). THE FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) CONTAINS A THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER, AND A RARE EARTH MAGNETIC POWDER DISPERSED IN THE THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER, AND THE FLEXIBLEMAGNET (27) IS COMPOSED OF A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT HAVING NO CUT SECTION.THE METHOD INCLUDES THE STEPS OF (A) MIXING A RARE EARTH MAGNETIC POWDER AND A THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER TO PREPARE A MIXTURE, (B) FORMING A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT FROM THE MIXTURE. AND (C) MOUNTING THE FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT ON A ROTOR FRAME (6) WHILE CURLING, AND INSTALLING A FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27). THE FLEXIBLE MAGNET (27) MOLDED ELEMENT HAS A PREDETERMINED SHAPE WITH NO CUT SECTION. (FIGURE 1)
