An EMI(Electro-Magnetic Interference)/RFI(Radio Frequency Interference) shielding gasket sheet and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to maximize desirable conductivity of upper and lower surfaces and volume conductivity without damaging high shock absorbability and vibration isolation of a high-density elastic body. The EMI/RFI shielding gasket sheet is composed of a laminated sheet comprising a base film(20), a polymer elastic body sheet(10) laminated on one surface of the base film, a conductive material layer(30) laminated on the other surface of the base film, and a plurality of cut parts(40) penetrating through the upper and lower sides and a conductive paint layer(50) applied on the surface of the upper elastic body sheet of the laminated sheet and an inner wall of the cut face of the cutting unit.
