A fusing roller and a fusing apparatus adopting the same are provided to secure physical contact between an end of a coil and a connection electrode by an adhering member, thereby stably supplying power to the coil. End caps(121) are installed at both ends of a fusing roller(110). A connection electrode(123) is mounted at each end cap so that the connection electrode is connected with external power supply. An adhering member(124) is coupled with the connection electrode, having an end of a coil(114) in a space between the adhering member and the connection electrode, for securing electric connection of the coil and the connection electrode.
