#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a syringe sealed under vacuum after being provided with granules of bone filling and including a piston and an orifice equipped with a cap. A conical part is adapted to the front of the syringe for administering the impregnated filling. A body (100) includes an inner guidance for guiding the syringe and a needle (125) for piercing the cap. A trocar adaptor (105) of the body allows connecting the needle to an implanted trocar at the level of iliac crest for punching a bone marrow. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for sampling a bone marrow for impregnating granules of bone filling and transplantation of impregnated filling (claimed) that is utilized in medicine, dentistry and veterinary surgery for bone prosthesis, repairing fractures and correcting a malformation at surgical site. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device allows sampling and mixing the bone marrow with the bone filling material and preserving the mixture from ambient air and any contamination until the mixture is implanted, in a single operation, thus obtaining a better quality of sterilized mixture to be carried out directly in the syringe. The device also ensures suction and re-injection of the mixture obtained at the surgical site, while preventing loss of the bone marrow and the filling during the mixing operation. The device ensures that the suction induced by the vacuum contained in the syringe allows only a slight raise of a syringe piston with respect to a punching operation carried out manually, thus ensuring better manageability of the syringe.
