An AC(Alternative Current) type discharge display panel having electrode lines of plural layers is provided to suppress diffusion and migration of conductive particles to a dielectric layer by increasing a specific resistance of a layer apart from a center layer of the plural layers. An AC type discharge display panel includes dielectric layers(23,12) having a plurality of electrode lines(21,22). Each of the electrode lines includes a plurality of layers. A center part of the layers has the smallest specific resistance. The farthest layer separated from the center part has the largest specific resistance. Each of the electrode lines has a first to a fifth layers. The third layer has a first specific resistance. The second and fourth layers have a second specific resistance larger than the first specific resistance. The first and fifth layers have a third specific resistance greater than the second specific resistance.
