<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center device considering various situations when a plurality of users use their individual controller devices of a home game machine such as input devices. <P>SOLUTION: The center device 1 performs communications with a plurality control devices 2, and receives an instruction operation from the user of each controller device 2, and executes processing based on that instruction operation.
