PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of obtaining sufficient shielding effects while mechanically reinforcing. SOLUTION: The circuit board 1 includes a substrate 10, a conductor circuit 20, a coating layer 30 and a conductor plate 40. The conductor circuit 20 is provided on one of surfaces (surface S1) of the substrate 10. The coating layer 30 covering the conductor circuit 20 except part of the circuit 20 is provided on the side of the surface S1 of the substrate 10. The conductor plate 40 is provided on the coating layer 30 provided on the side of the surface S1. The conductor plate 40 has a part opposite to a part of the circuit 20 not covered with the coating layer 30 electrically connected with a grounding circuit of the conductor circuit 20.
