<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurized microreactor system capable of reacting reagents under an adjusted high pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The pressurized microreactor system 1 comprises a microreactor 10 having a fine flow path (a converging flow path 12) through which fluids reacting each other flow, and a pressure adjusting means (a cooling flow path 21) connected to the micoreactor 10, the cooling flow path 21 being formed by a fine flow path through which liquids flow.
