<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation analyzing device for reducing the labor of a person in charge of operation confirmation, and for improving operation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: As for moving image data including a series of frame image data obtained by picking up the image of a person, at least one image region where a predetermined portion of a person whose image has been picked up is photographed is detected for each frame image data. Also, at least one featured value information is generated based on a predetermined portion of the detected person, and information for specifying the frame image data is generated as a featured point of time information in timing when the featured value information satisfies predetermined conditions.
