<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for processing both a digital document and a physical document and for operating a formal conversion and access easily without largely changing an operational practice by respective persons. <P>SOLUTION: The method is constituted of a step to store the digital document regarding a process in at least one document processing apparatus in a document storage and manage it, a step to operate a documentary electronic-mail server and to generate respective electronic-mail items linked to the document with regard to each digital document of the storage of a control system, a step to access to the electronic mail items of the documentary electronic-mail server through a special electronic-mail folder related to a user account of the documentary electronic-mail server by an electronic mail client, and a step to synchronize the documentary electronic-mail server with the storage in order to dynamically reflect a status change of a digital document file of the electronic mail items corresponding to an owner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
