PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film capable of improving displaying unevenness occurring on building it in a liquid crystal-displaying device.

SOLUTION: This cellulose acylate film consisting of the cellulose acylate having the 3-6 ratio of a mass-average molecular weight (Mw)/number-average molecular weight is characterized by having 0-10 pieces per 100 m number of V-shaped thickness unevenness (V streaks) having the width in thickness direction of 0.1-10 % of the film thickness and 1-20mm width on its surface in the longitudinal direction.
