PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cement plasticizer with which the amount of waste sludge upon an operation can be remarkably reduced, further, soil cement can be made more homogeneous, and the strength and water cut-off property of the constructed solidified body can be remarkably improved, and to provide a method for constructing a soil cement solidified body using the soil cement plasticizer. SOLUTION: The soil cement plasticizer comprises a copolymer having a structural unit (a) expressed by general formula (1), and a structural unit (b) expressed by general formula (2).
