PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pre-polymerized, filler-containing photo-polymerizable composition without mingling gas bubbles in a short time, while inhibiting the attachment of fouling materials to a polymerizing can or an agitating shaft. SOLUTION: This method for producing a photopolymerizable composition is characterized by performing a pre-polymerization at≥40°C temperature by irradiating light to a composition containing monomer components, a photo-polymerization initiator and the filler to obtain the photopolymerizable composition containing the filler. It is preferable that the filler is a hollow material. The composition containing the monomer component, photo-polymerization initiator and filler does not contain solvent substantially, and the monomer component is an acrylic monomer.
