PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rearrange radiation fins in a lengthwise direction, corresponding to the arrangement direction of an electronic apparatus 1 in whatever arrangement, in the lengthwise direction or in the crosswise direction. SOLUTION: The heatsink structure includes fixtures 3 and a plurality of basic heat sinks (SN1-SN6) which cover a heatsink installation region (W2×W1) of the electronic apparatus 1. The basic heat sinks can be rearranged so that the direction of the radiation fins 2f installed in the basic heat sinks may be such that high radiation effect can be obtained.
