PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a radiator capable of reducing the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The mounting structure of the radiator comprises a core 3 consisting of a tube 2 and a fin, a header plate 4 installed at the end of the tube 2, and a tank 5 fitted on the header plate 4, and is equipped with side plates 11 mounted at the two ends of the tank 5 and attached to a member on the core side 3 and a general set nut 12 able to be mounted on the side plate 11. This allows the radiator to be installed by mounting the set nut 12 on the side plate 11 without using machined components or forged components, and therefore it is possible to simplify the assembling and manufacturing operations and also reduce the manufacturing cost.
