PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate improved in the adhesiveness to a base material and superior in the mold releasability from a pressure-sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by laminating a layer (A) at least on one side of the base material and laminating a layer (B) on the layer (A). The layer (A) comprises an ethylenic copolymer which is composed of ethylene and at least one kind of a comonomer selected from a vinyl ester, acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, an acylic ester, an unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydride and contains 50-98 wt.% of ethylene. The layer (B) comprises high-pressure low density polyethylene of which the density measured according to JIS K6922-1 (1997) is 880-930 kg/m<SP>3</SP>and/or an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer.
