PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal end part of an endoscope capable of remotely and easily changing the jetting direction of water jetted from a sub water sending port and moving a washing position without moving the insertion part of the endoscope. SOLUTION: By arranging a stream drawing member 7 acting to draw the water W jetted from the sub water sending port 4 to the side and bending the jetting direction so as to move it in a direction along the distal end face 2a of the insertion part distal end 2 by remote control and moving the stream drawing member 7, the jetting direction of the water W jetted from the sub water sending port 4 is changed corresponding to the above movement.
