PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral type grain carrier which can prevent the carriage clogging of grains. SOLUTION: This grain carrier is characterized by disposing a vertical carrying spiral 18 manufactured by attaching a spiral plate 24 to the outer periphery of a rotation-drivable vertical spiral shaft 23, on the end portion side of a horizontal carrying spiral 17 manufactured by attaching a spiral plate 22 to the outer periphery of a rotation-drivable horizontal spiral shaft 21, and integrally rotatably disposing removal portions 36, 40 for removing contaminants adhered to the carrying downstream end portion side of the horizontal carrying spiral 17 in the approximately same height as the axial height of the spiral shaft 21 of the horizontal carrying spiral 17.
