An installation structure of an outside handle cover of a door is provided to fasten the handle cover easily without supporting the handle cover by forming a fitting groove in the handle cover corresponding to a fitting sill, to prevent the handle cover from being displaced from a cover installation hole by fixing the fitting sill to the fitting groove, and to reduce bolting time by minimizing the gap between the handle cover and the cover installation hole. A cover installation hole(130) is formed in an outer panel(100) of a door, and an outside handle cover(300) of the door is combined with the cover installation hole. Plural fitting sills are formed in the cover installation hole, and a fitting groove is formed outside the outside handle cover of the door. The fitting groove is combined with the fitting sill in assembling the outside handle cover of the door. A couple of fitting sills are opposed to each other and spaced from each other. The outside handle cover of the door is fastened to the outer panel of the door by a bolt(400), and the fitting sill is formed in a bolt fixing portion.
