<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display one frame among a plurality of frames, and to automatically display the frame appropriate to a user when display contents are altered. <P>SOLUTION: A frame included in Web data including a plurality of frames received by a data communication part 101, and designated by a user is enlarged, and picture data are displayed at a display part 105. When the picture data of the frame designated by the user are displayed, it is judged that the display content of the other frames which are not displayed is changed by a frame configuration managing part 104.
