<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, when an abnormality is detected in a parked vehicle, leak of vehicle information from a notification to the owner of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle computer 14 comprises a vehicle state monitoring means 20 monitoring the state of the parked vehicle 12; and a parking state report means 22 transmitting an abnormality detection signal and vehicle identification information for identifying the vehicle 12 to a center 50. The center 50 comprises a database 52 storing information for each vehicle and a transmission address acquisition means 56 acquiring an e-mail address of a cellular phone 40. The center 50 further comprises an abnormality content determination means 58 determining, upon receipt of abnormality detection information transmitted from the vehicle 12, the abnormality content based on the abnormality detection information; and an abnormality report means 60 transmitting, upon determination of occurrence of abnormality, an e-mail to the e-mail address (cellular phone 40) acquired by the transmission address acquisition means 56 to report only the occurrence of abnormality in the vehicle 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
