<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely perform confirmation of a user's intention related to execution of a transaction. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction request acquisition part 1301 acquires an execution request of a transaction such as payment of price. A state determination part 1302 detects a cellular phone to be in an ordinary opened state or a closed state, and a condition determination part 1303 checks whether the transaction corresponds to a predetermined condition or not to determine the execution request is related to a suspicious transaction or not. A first request confirmation part 1304 or a second request confirmation part 1305 adequately selects, based on determinations results of the state determination part 1302 and the condition determination part, a means for accepting an input such as instruction which is usable in that state or a means outputting information to perform confirmation of the user's intention for execution of transaction by a method differed between a general transaction and a suspicious transaction, and a transaction execution part 1306 executes the transaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
