The system has a process data bank (10) recording the process related information of a standard operating procedure. A standard operating procedure distributing server (30) is connected communicatively with the process data bank, where corresponding data of the process data bank is obtained in accordance with an assigned process. The server distributes and transfers the obtained data to user-end-devices over a communication network.
