Provided are a photochromic polyolefin resin composition which is environmentally-friendly and economically and is excellent in durability, a method for preparing a photochromic polyolefin resin, and a photochromic molded product prepared from the resin. The composition comprises 60-90 wt% of a polyolefin resin; 0.01-5 wt% of a mixture comprising a naphthopyrane-based photochromic compound and a spiroxane-based photochromic compound in a ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:5 by weight; 5-30 wt% of an organic solvent containing an alcohol; and 1-20 wt% of a surfactant. Preferably the organic solvent comprises 5-35 wt% of an alcohol; 30-80 wt% of a ketone; and 5-40 wt% of a benzene-based solvent. Preferably the alcohol is benzyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol; the ketone comprises methylethylketone, acetone, methylisobutyl ketone and cyclohexanone; and the benzene-based solvent is xylene.
