<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve merchantability by forming patterns with a perspective sense and the sense of depth on a ball without changing the external shape of the ball. <P>SOLUTION: The ball 1 is constituted of a core spherical body 3 composed of a first ball constituting member 6 and a second ball constituting member 7 in a halved shape and a cover material 4 covering the core spherical body 3. The first ball constituting member 6, the second ball constituting member 7 and the cover material 4 are formed of a colorless transparent resin material. On the first recessed face 10 of the first ball constituting member 6, a first pattern formation part 8 for which a plurality of planes are combined is provided. On the second recessed face 16 of the second ball constituting member 7, a similar second pattern formation part 15 is provided.
