PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet filtering method which simplifies a filter condition for the filtering and corresponds to an IPsec. SOLUTION: In the method, (i) a filtering information provided for the filtering at a receiving side is stored in the packet to be transmitted to the receiving side and is transmitted from a sending side (S11), (ii) the packet obtained from the sending side is received, the filtering information stored in the packet is detected (S12), and provides filtering at the receiving side.
