PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an openable/closable panel which is constituted with a simplified structure and can also be accommodated easily. SOLUTION: The openable/closable panel comprises a panel unit 32 including a rotating axis 53 provided as the fulcrum of the opening and closing operations through rotation, a case body forming the accommodation space of the panel unit, and a panel accommodating case 31 including a rotating axis holding unit 43 for holding the rotating axis in the rotatable condition. The panel unit 32 is formed for selection of weight distribution to realize accommodation in the relevant panel accommodation case 31, when an opening angleθfor the longitudinal line defining the relevant rotating axis 53 as the fulcrum becomes equal to the predetermined equilibrium angleθ' of 27°.
