PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely lock a pendulum member in the center part of a device body, when it is not being used for a laser marking apparatus. SOLUTION: In the laser marking apparatus including a lock means holding the pendulum member, arranged in the vertical direction of a base upper part of the device body 11 and locking it so as to be rockable disabled, the lock means includes a first lock arm installed so as to be movable linearly, in parallel in the direction of holding the pendulum member and the direction of separating from the pendulum member, and a second lock arm facing the first lock arm. The first lock arm and the second lock arm are mutually linked to be cooperative, and the second lock arm is synchronously rotated in the direction of holding the pendulum member 5 in the linear movement of the first lock arm in the direction of holding the pendulum member, and synchronously rotated in the direction of separating from the pendulum member in the linear movement of the first lock arm in the direction of separating from the pendulum member 5.
