摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image photographing apparatus, restraining deterioration of image quality even in a tomographic image or a three-dimensional image, reducing exposure dose, reducing blur of an image due to a motion of a patient due to long photographing time, and decreasing load of a patient due to long time photographing. SOLUTION: This radiographic image photographing apparatus includes: a radiographic image detector 4 for obtaining a phase contrast radiographic image by edge effect when applied radiation is transmitted through an object 3, wherein in the radiographic image detector 4, a radiation detecting element is a one-dimensional or two-dimensional image sensor and generates a tomographic image or a three-dimensional image. The radiographic image detector 4 includes electrodes 8, 11 on both opposite surfaces, and a radiation conversion layer 7 for converting radiation to charges which is provided between the electrodes 8, 11 of both surfaces.
