PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal end part of an endoscope capable of bending the direction of water jetted from a sub water sending port in a prescribed direction without using a large space. SOLUTION: In the distal end part of the endoscope, the sub water sending port 7 for jetting water W toward the direction of an object positioned in front of an insertion part 1 is arranged at the distal end 2 of the insertion part 1. Water stream drawing walls 8, 8' and 8" acting so as to draw the water W jetted from the sub water sending port 7 to the side and to bend its jetting direction are projectingly provided on the outer side of the side edge of the sub water sending port 7 from a position near it to the front part.
