PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which does not necessitate an intermediate shading layer (film, paper or the like) indispensable in the prior art, is light in weight and shows excellence in fabricativity and workability during construction by using an adhesive agent having a shading property in case of laminating a polyethylene terephthalate film with a toner image printed by a copying machine of an electrophotographic type on a base material of an ABS plate. SOLUTION: The decorative laminate plate is manufactured by laminating a transparent resin film on the base material wherein a print layer is directly on the reverse surface of the transparent resin film, the print layer is an olefin toner image layer printed by the copying machine of the electrophotographic type, the film is laminated on the base material via the shading adhesive layer applied on the toner layer surface, and the base material is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
