<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copying machine charging management system for carrying out charging management at each department without the need for using a department card and a preset password. <P>SOLUTION: The copying machine charging management system to which a management apparatus for managing a charging state is connected is characterized by including: a means for making a terminal connected to a copying machine output a print output request; a means for generating a password when receiving the print output request; a means for returning the generated password to the terminal which has made the print request; a means for displaying the generated password at the terminal; a means for inputting the password from an operation section of the copying machine; a means for discriminating whether the input number is coincident with the generated password; and a control means for permitting print-out when the passwords are coincident. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
