A metal bar coated with abrasion-resistant materials for scraping a paper-coating solution is provided to form a part coated with ceramic, hard metal and/or metal for abrasion-resistance, thereby extending an exchange cycle of the metal bar. A metal bar coated with abrasion-resistant materials for scraping a paper-coating solution includes a coating part(11a,11b) formed at least at a part of the metal bar(10), wherein the coating part is coated with one or more abrasion-resistant materials selected from ceramic, hard metal and metal. The coating part is formed at a portion where a paper used in preparing a rough copy passes, so that the portion is prevented from being worn away by the paper. |
