PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital image generating/transmitting/receiving apparatus by a simple configuration capable of establishing compatibility between reproducibility with fidelity from an original and the stiffness of particular information against illegitimate copying and falsification and extracting the particular information embedded in a digital image, and to provide a distribution and reproducing system thereof. SOLUTION: Original particularizing data 404 comprising signature data of an author and original title data are embedded to image data 403 comprising original data 402 to the surrounding of which white frame data 401 are adhered, and an embedded position of the original particularizing data 404 is shifted by each copying of a digital image.
