PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band for sporting purposes adapting to bending, stretching, adduction and abduction movements of wrist joints or pronation and supination movements of forearms on playing sports such as athletic sports, soccer, tennis, basket ball, base ball, etc., and supporting so as to be able to perform the movements of upper extremities more efficiently and smoothly. SOLUTION: This wrist band for sporting purposes consists of a flexible wrist band main body having a double tubular form of an outer circumferential part and inner circumferential part and 2 belt-shaped pieces fixed at the surface or reverse surface of the outer circumferential part of the wrist band main body and also between one end part and another end part as making a pair, and inclining against the bus of the surface or reverse surface of the outer circumferential part and also arranged as left and right symmetrically or translation symmetrically against the bus.
