<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that suppresses posteriori variation in a preload on each of rolling elements 8a and 8b, and allows accurate determination of a load acting between an outer ring 1 and a hub 11. <P>SOLUTION: A film made of a low friction agent is interposed between the outer peripheral surface of a small-diameter stage section 26a of a hub body 23 constituting the hub 11 and the inner peripheral surface of an inner ring 24 fixed and engaged with the outside of the small-diameter stage section 26 by fastening. Therefore, the friction state of both peripheral surfaces can be uniformed, and the attitude of the inner ring 24 with respect to the hub body 23 is stabilized. Therefore, the inner ring 24 can be prevented from the posteriori displacement relative to the hub body 23, and the posterior variation in preload on each of the rolling elements 8a and 8b is suppressed.
