<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain extracted water of desired concentration by efficiently permeating supply water to the inside of a filter bag in which a matter to be extracted is sealed and sufficiently extracting components from the matter to be extracted. <P>SOLUTION: This machine comprises: a reservation container 3a; an extraction container 4 sealing the filter bag F in which the matter to be extracted is sealed detachably; and a pump 6 for sending the supply water into the extraction container 4. The supply water is supplied into the extraction container 4 with the pump, and the channel in the extraction container 4 is closed or nearly closed with the filter bag F. Then, the supply water is permeated to the inside of the filter bag by flowing of the supply water within the channel.
