<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a viewer surely view content the viewing of which is obligated from the start to the end. <P>SOLUTION: The viewer to whom the viewing of the content to be reproduced on a monitor 2 is obligated is photographed by a photography part 3 and a collation part 5 collates facial information of the photographed viewer with preliminarily registered facial information of a front face of the viewer. When collation results coincide, the content is reproduced and when the collation results do not coincide, reproduction of the content is stopped.
