<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material and method for producing a light-activatable polymer composition and polymer complex. <P>SOLUTION: The light-activatable polymer composition and polymer complex contains a polymer binder selected from the group consisting of an epoxy resin, a silica-filled epoxy, a bismaleimide resin, a bismaleimide triazine, a fluoropolymer, a polyester, a polyphenylene oxide/polyphenylene ether resin, a polybutadiene/polyisoprene crosslinkable resin (and a copolymer thereof), a liquid crystalline polymer, a polyamide, a cyanic acid ester and a combination thereof. The polymer binder is present in a proportion of 40-97 wt.% based on the whole weight of the polymer composition. A spinel crystal filler is present in a proportion of 3-60 wt.% based on the whole weight of the polymer composition. The method involves producing them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
