<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a glass composition suitable for preparing a well-dispersed paste by coating a glass surface with one or more kinds of material of metal, nitride, boride, silicide, and carbide. CONSTITUTION:A glass surface is coated with one or more kinds of material of metal, nitride, boride, silicide, and carbide. The composition of a paste in this case may be a combination of organic vehicle and glass composition for a high-resistance side paste with a low content of conductive material and that of organic vehicle, glass composition, and conductive non-oxide powder of the same system for a a lower-resistant side content of lower-resistant side composition with a high content of conductive material. It is preferable that resin is contained normally at 1-50wt%. Vehicle is contained in about 20-40wt.% of the whole composition for resistor preparation. Neither too high nor too low content of vehicle can provide a suitable resistor pattern by screen printing.</p> |
