PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone whose user can set a stop process to an incoming call when the user of the mobile phone gets into danger if returning the call of the mobile phone and is present at a place where returning the calls is likely to give annoyances to others. SOLUTION: There is provided the mobile phone equipped with a controller 3 for informing incoming calls by an incoming call notifying means 8 in response to the incoming calls. The mobile phone includes a state detecting means 9 for detecting a state applied physically to the mobile phone to obtain comparison data; and an incoming call notification stop processing setting means 330 for making an incoming call informing means into an incoming call stopping state, depending on a comparison result produced by comparing comparison data obtained by the state detecting means 9 and predetermined original data for comparison.
