PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary fluid machine capable of compressing fluid in three cylinder chambers formed in a diameter direction of a cylinder respectively. SOLUTION: In this fluid machine, an inner piston part 24 is arranged in an inner cylinder part 21b, and an annular outer piston part 23 is arranged in an annular cylinder chamber between an outer cylinder part 21a and the inner cylinder part 21b. An inner cylinder chamber C1, a middle cylinder chamber C2 and an outer cylinder chamber C3 are formed in the cylinder 21. Each cylinder chamber C1, C2, C3 are partitioned to high pressure chamber C1-Hp. C2-Hp, C3-Hp and low pressure chamber C1-Lp, C2-Lp, C3-Lp by blades 25, 26 respectively. When the pistons 23, 24 rotate eccentrically in relation to the cylinder 21, the high pressure chambers and the low pressure chambers of each cylinder chamber C1, C2, C3 are expanded and contracted to compress fluid.
