PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser which can reduce a power quantity required for the sterilization of a beverage in a storage section for cooling, and in addition, can sterilize the beverage in each storage section without spending much time. SOLUTION: The beverage which is fed from each bottle 1 is made to flow into a hot water tank 20 without fail, and at the same time, the beverage which has been heat-sterilized in the hot water tank 20 flows into a cooling tank 30 through a second communication pipe 62. Therefore, an additional dedicated instrument for sterilizing the beverage is not required to be provided in the cooling tank 30. That is, power is not required for sterilizing the beverage in the cooling tank 30, and power can be saved. Moreover, the beverage which has flowed into the cooling tank 30 is cooled by the beverage which already has been cooled in the cooling tank 30, and a long period of time is not required for the cooling of the beverage which flows into the cooling tank 30.
