NOVEL POLYPEPTIDES WITH ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY

Polypeptides having useful biological activities (including antifungal activity and insecticidal activity), as well as polynucleotides encoding such polypeptides, are provided. The polypeptides and polynucleotides can be used to protect plants and animals from pathogens such as fungi. Also provided are methods and reagents for purification of recombinantly expressed cysteine-containing polypeptides such as the novel polypeptides of the invention.
