<p>The method involves heating and dehumidifying of pizzas on their upper and lower side with temperature adjustable above 180[deg] celsius. Pizzas are dehumidified by force and adjustable by hot-air flow. On the upper side heating and dehumidification takes place. Baking is performed with an adjustable dehumidification of the cooked area of the pizzas and with an adjustable temperature. An independent claim is also included for a device for the execution of the method.</p> |
