HAIR COSMETIC COMPOSITION HAVING INHIBITORY EFFECT ON INDUCTION OF WHITE HAIR AND PROMOTING EFFECT ON INDUCTION OF BLACK HAIR

A hair cosmetic composition is provided to prevent induction of white hair and promote the growth of black hair by comprising sodium phenyl butyrate having melanocyte cell activity and melanogenesis promoting effect. The hair cosmetic composition for preventing white hair and promoting induction of black hair comprises 0.001-10 wt.% of sodium phenyl butyrate as an effective ingredient. The composition further comprises at least one active oxygen generation inhibitor selected from the group consisting of quercetin, rutin, taxifolin, kaempferol, myricetin, curcumin, resveratrol, arecoline, apigenin, wogonin, luteolin and tectorigenin.
