PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a certain channel (Ch) without displaying the EPG of the Ch, and to display the EPG of the Ch without making it possible to select a certain Ch. SOLUTION: The selection of a map for EPG for specifying EPG display Ch or a map for tuning for specifying a selectable Ch is accepted (S102, 3), and an unregistered acquirable Ch is extracted to the map for EPG from among the retrieved EPG acquirable Ch (S114, 5). In the case of the selection of the map for EPG, the selection of an addition request Ch is accepted from among the extracted acquirable Ch (S117), and the accepted Ch is added to the map for EPG as an EPG display Ch (S118), and the receivable Ch unregistered in the map for tuning is extracted from among the retrieved broadcast receivable Ch (S104, 5). In the case of the selection of the map for tuning, the selection of an addition request Ch is accepted from among the extracted receivable Ch (S107), and the accepted Ch is added to the map for tuning as the selectable Ch (S108).
