PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing net-containing sheet member having high strength, excellent in durability and constituted so as to be capable of being braked simply, a mold for molding the sheet member and a manufacturing method of the sheet member. SOLUTION: A reinforcing net is installed so as to be brought into contact with the reinforcing net support part formed to at least one of molds opposed to each other in order to mold a raw material and, in a state that the raw material is charged in the space between the molds, the molds are closed to mold the raw material. The raw material is leaked to the molding surfaces of the molds from the meshes of the reinforcing net to embed the reinforcing net in the vicinal part of the molded surface of the sheet member.
