A disk clamping apparatus is provided to clamp a disk by magnetism of the first magnets and the second magnets while the rotational center of a clamper and the turntable is converged at the same axle, thereby suppressing generation of vibration caused by eccentricity and mass eccentricity of the clamper while the disk is clamped. A turntable(140) is set with a disk(D), is rotated by a spindle motor(130), and is equipped with the first magnets(142). A clamper(180) clamps the disk(D) by pressurizing the disk(D) in a direction of the turntable(140), and is equipped with the second magnets(242). The disk(D) is clamped by magnetism of the first and second magnets(142,242), and the rotational center of the clamper(180) and the turntable(140) is converged at the same axle.
